Brandt Finacial Concepts located at 134 W. Slade St. downtown Palatine selected Aspen Exterior Company for their latest remodeling project. The old layers of shingles and felt paper needed to be removed down to the roof deck. Aspen inspects for any rotting decking and replaces if needed. Then 15# felt paper is added to all roof deck surfaces. All valleys are closed type with shingle overlapped 18” and cut. Installers used 1 1/4” galvanized roofing nails, four per shingle. Brandt Finacial chose Certain Teed XT 25 Year Shingles in Nickel Grey was installed. View our photo album page for more pictures.
